We do not accept product return or exchange unless said product is wrong/damaged item was delivered. Please note that you need to notify us within 5 working days from the receipt of your order if your item(s) are found to be wrong/damaged.

We do not accept exchange or refund request upon successful payment of your order for all products including e-products and events. Please check that your order is accurate before placing the order.

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations. Customers outside of Singapore who wish to purchase our products may contact us directly.
